Shannon Gumbs is a Jamaica-born, Nova Scotia–based social impact leader with a BA in Criminology and Human Rights. Her experience spans family violence education at Alice House, client services leadership at Bryony House, justice support work with Coverdale Justice Society, and inclusion and equity training across Atlantic Canada.
