Only through prevention education across all spaces - communities, businesses, schools, and workplaces can we adequately address intimate partner violence at its roots.
By equipping people with trauma-informed training and tools, we can empower everyone to recognize warning signs, foster safer environments, support survivors and even hopefully help stop the cycle of violence.

Worked on Alice on the Go 6‑week online program to support women heal from trauma, learn to recognise unhealthy relationships, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.

IONS HR training framework
Nova Scotia's - Supporting survivors of sexual assault training
Worked on IONS HR training framework a capacity‑building program designed to help community‑impact organizations build healthy workplaces, sustainable operations, and systems for lasting impact.
I enhanced Nova Scotia’s Supporting Survivors of Sexual Violence free online training. A six‑module course designed to teach people how to understand sexual violence and support survivors.
Led Alice House’s Growing Together program, a trauma‑informed online training supporting service providers who work with women and young children affected by intimate partner violence.
